80kg級,最近賽事比較頻繁,每2週一場,整體疲勞感比較重,所以賽前也在猶豫要如何跑,後來就採保守策略,前10公里用5分速內來跑,後半段看情形來加速。
以結果論來說,最後1公里還可以跑4分20秒,代表前10公里太保守,所以最後只能小破PB,以後可以再大膽點來測試,應該有機會達成100分內的目標,再持續努力了。
