| 近期狀況不佳,揮別一月中跑步被狗咬受傷的陰霾,這次預定目標340,雖然超過一點,也可以接受了!
去程前半馬順順的跑,風也不大,以北海岸來說算好跑了,半馬費時143,超過預計時間三分鐘,回程下半段逆風開始掉速,均速只有5:40,但也持續撐下去,全程除了三、四個補給站最多停十秒撥香蕉皮之外,其他補給站幾乎都是小跑拿水通過,不浪費太多時間停留,全程皆用跑的,回程那段長坡,也小跑通過,沒像兩星期前的櫻花馬,抽筋大走約5k。
這次也算測試肌力恢復狀況,看來慢慢恢復了,持續努力調整,上半年全馬賽事告一段落,九月後再來挑戰
