8.5小時限制的比賽,硬是讓我差點DNF!!
因為都沒練,一開始打算的策略便是能節省多少力就節省多少力,游泳就緩緩休閒游,自行車全程輕踩只要不超過時間就好,要想辦法把力氣留在最後的跑步,沒想到人算不如天算,自行車能力真的太差了,90公里長程的騎行,就算想保留體力全程輕踩最後還是影響了跑步...
因為太熱,體力流失的很快,一起跑就跑跑走走了,好不容易跑完第一圈,剩下10K很開心...卻在14K吃了包Gel後大抽筋...完全只能用走的,連續走了7K,讓我有點中暑又曬傷!!anyway,比了五場標鐵,每次只要游完泳我就覺得已經是完賽了,但是113真的沒那麼簡單,游完1.9K騎行了90K後真的不是想慢慢跑就跑的動的,事實上我看大部份的選手也都是跑跑走走完成比賽的。總之還是完成了,雖然成績真是很不理想>.< 賽前宣言: 初113!!今年最重要賽事!!一定要雪恥~
