80kg級,賽前訓練太過密集,膝蓋有點吃不消,在25k練習後,就大休2日,好險恢復情形尚可,所以最後還是決定參加,但目標就變成完賽就好。
前11k跑的非常保守,就是不覺得累為主;12k~22k下坡也是,不低於5分速為原則;23k~31k折返上坡開始,想說不要太過墮落,盡量不要高於10分速,但又變成11分速;32k~42k算算還有可能達成sub5,但前提不能低於5分半速,就一路維持5分半速到終點,唯一感覺有在跑的一段路程。
難得一路上有空閒吃吃喝喝,結果喝太多水,上了3次小號。
經過櫻花馬及這次山路馬,慢慢了解自己的不足,也是件好事,汲取教訓及經驗,下次會更好!
