台北市kent weng 原本要放棄的石碇馬....
三周前疑是騎車練習,傷到右腳的阿基里斯腱
導致平時走路,和跑步的前幾k,後腳筋都相當有感
加上前兩周腸胃型感冒,整個心肺體能退步許多
身體狀況不是很好
而下周又要到澎湖參加鐵人賽
直到昨日為止,走路時右腳跟腱還是有痛感
心想可能又要棄賽了
清晨爬起來評估狀況後,還是決定往石碇去
但已告訴自己這場就是儘可能讓雙腳放輕鬆
不硬拚上下坡,隨時評估身體狀況慢慢地順順跑
今日起跑石碇雖下著細雨
但沿途的山嵐相當美麗
跟去年大熱天相比別有一般不同的風景
雖然山路還是很硬斗
但最後還好有順利完賽
謝謝天公的作美、志工們的服務
更感謝沿途互相打氣鼓勵的跑友們
