一早到華梵大學,停車位夠多,所以很順利的就找到車位,結果忠欽竟然沒帶鞋,後來才想到我有帶台灣馬的鞋子,所以他就穿那雙鞋跑,結果應該還好,還是跑得比我快,今天的補給依然非常好,只是山路上上下下,加上天雨路滑,跑得不是很好,所以早早就走走停停,沒有想要特別的努力跑,尤其有二段非常陡的下坡,聽說是螞蟻路,是只有螞蟻才會走的路嗎?因為實在太陡,雖然下坡,但仍然不適合跑,本來下坡應該要跑5分速,結果竟然跑到6分多的速度,可見煞車煞得很厲害...回來看到文彬及忠欽都已經到了,但傑克依然不見人影,所以應該是陪著lulu一起跑了,所以就先回家了...回到家才發覺,其實這場真的很累...不過跑跑停停,仍然跑完了,再來就是下星期的台灣馬了...
