0440花蓮到新城火車,再坐接駁車到會場已經5:30了,準備一下就0600了,剛開始是平路原來是繞到海邊再上去,前面想要壓配速失敗,害得上坡苦戰,好不容易到了25km的天祥,以為下坡可以輕鬆回去,沒想到也是跑不起來,只好放棄配速,用輕鬆跑的方式回去,好在還可以撐到40公里,一路上混混睡睡的,精神不好跑也跑不起來,只好回去再調整一下,這次拿了4個膠,感覺也不是吃的好,一直打不開到底,補給又要自己拿水,真的很麻煩,就這樣跑跑停停,完全不是很好配速,這個坡跑起來不是很困難,下坡也不好加速,好在跑完沒什麼痠痛,算是風景很好的longrun。
