台北市100K:13時36分;全馬PB:3時47分 今天來全台最大水庫「曾文水庫」,參加歷史最悠久的曾文水庫馬拉松(40屆)。整個水庫園區禁止車輛,全部讓給跑者,從大門出發,沿著水庫跑一路到壩頂,可想而知,上上下下的賽道,跑的好累,一開始幾乎緩上坡,到壩頂後大部分下坡,這樣一趟來回21公里,所以全馬組要在跑一趟,真是折磨人,第2趟太陽出來了,更難跑了,每到補給站就大量喝水降溫,最後一步一步的往前推進,順利完賽。 賽後評分: 補給好,工作人員熱情,只是賽道有點硬,天氣太好。\n 給 4 星 心率區間 | 心跳數 | 心率等級 | 1:E有氧耐力區 | 116~141 | 65~79% | 2:M馬拉松配速區 | 141~159 | 79~89% | 3:T乳酸耐力區 | 159~164 | 89~92% | 4:A無氧耐力區 | 164~174 | 92~97.5% | 5:I最大耗氧區 | 174~179 | 97.5~100% | 最大心率為179 點此去設定最大心率 |
