今天一開始感覺還好,結果後來跑不順,又喝了啤酒,發覺到真的不能喝,整個肚子好漲,也跑不動,就這樣亂跑到中繼點,跑去換了衣服,後來努力的跑,發覺到就比較順了,發覺自己還是要照著自己的節奏跑才行,否則就會亂掉....
