還好起跑脚時有聽話,只是26以後開始覺得有右腳腳底水泡型成,30以後為了躲水泡的痛感,跑姿改變,就又開始有不舒服的感覺啦,還好有跑完,第一次跑完有大水泡,所以走路好痛,連帶整個右腳都痛。
