| 本來這場想輕鬆玩的!!
可是...一開始5.3K跑步太短了是吧!大家發狂似的拼命衝,不小心就跟到4分多速,趕快自動降速到5分多,不然我後面就不用玩了,結果,就用5分出頭的速度完成第一段跑步,天啊!破了我5K極速了,真懷疑我後面還玩得下去嗎?!
接來換騎車(ㄟ...好像又超過一個月沒騎車了),一開始就先來個陡上兩百米,媽呀!雖然之前高美濕地那一場有跑過這個坡,可是今天用騎車的還是覺得真是硬啊~到平路之後就不斷被公路車輾過,這...更堅定我要換公路車的決心了。(握拳)
最後一段5.3K路跑,感覺快中暑了,跑1K後大腿微微抽動,這就是快要抽筋的前兆嗎?趕緊降到6分多速,只求跑完就好。沿路看到不少人大腿抽筋停在路邊,是大腿喔~這就是鐵人賽的威力吧!轉換的地獄,每種肌群都給你操到爆~
