一早提前到關山住一晚,0330起床吃了一個大巧克力麵包一杯咖啡三顆o2,0430到會場住的近就是好,準備一下就要出發了,想到100公里就很緊張,一開始本來打算要輕鬆跑,結果看到人群馬上就忘,跟一大群人就忘記配速,這時候還想維持七分速的,10公里吃一個能量棒一顆綠茶,沒想到惡二十公里到了吃一包能量包,開始上坡真的沒辦法再跑了好累哦,只好開啟步兵模式,一路上開始練習呼吸感覺真的有差,開始訓練路步的動作,到45的轉換區好冷哦,開始穿上風衣,手錶也快沒電了,想說我要帶電源充電就好了,終於到50公里折返點花了7:30,吃一支大的能量棒3顆o2,沒想到上山這麼久,果然是沒練夠,一路上有飯就吃一碗,有粥就吃一碗,不敢多停留,一直在行進中,下坡終於可以跑起來了,到了70公里好累再吃一個能量棒,80公里吃一顆綠茶,90公里天黑了,我路上找人聊天,最後三公里有一個大哥陪我走回終點,我無傷玩賽,算是我預的結果,可惜時間超過十二小時,不是我的配速哈哈
