賽前左腳底版上週賽事的水泡還沒有完全好,運動博覽會上問了FOOTLAND的經理,結論是襪子可能用太久,這次換穿稍微新的襪子,但還是有點不安心,也感謝北一組好友的備援,也幸好沒有用上。前5K遇到430列車,這時心律已經來到151-153,與之前的137設定的似乎有點太過,也因此沒有跟上430,沿途就是跟著列車後面200-300公尺,在M麥當勞橋還可以跑動,但也步行了2次,轉入金山青年中心只能更長的步行休息,在隧道前的3K還可以跑動,覺得狀況不錯。最後比預期的450更快431回來,應該與最近一陣子減重有直接關係。如果體重再控制好些,少1K就可以更新2015年的賽道紀錄了。減重真的很痛苦,但成果是好的!

賽後評分: 金標賽事,一切都很標準。第五次參加,今年沒有強烈的海風,沒有大太陽,但天氣悶悶的,也不輕鬆。
