台北市蕭錦炎 很棒的烏來馬,前6K陪千千一起跑,邊跑邊聊,北一組的大神門早就不見人影,約7K後獨走,但上上下下的坡也只能跑跑走走,慢慢的趕上Bunny、希駿,其他人則是他們先折反打氣互相加油,21K之後有約3公里的輕越野,日前的颱風並沒有太大的影響,地面濕濕的但不影響走動,折返後還可以慢慢的加速,但還是得邊休息喘口氣,要說加速、也沒力氣加速了~最後勉強在545回來,比原先預定的630快了些! 賽前宣言: 跑 賽後評分: 烏來馬,值得一跑再跑得優質賽事!從賽事規劃、補給、賽後跑者服務,烏來馬都可以算是優質賽事,靈魂人物邵老師的運籌帷幄,博克多跑銀、眾多單位、有力人士的支持,才得以有這麼好的賽事。8.5H的親民完賽時間,目的是希望大家多留在烏來走走,不要急著競賽、搶名次,沿路的補給真的很到位,並且物資充足、志工熱情,很多跑者初馬就是在烏來完成。路線的規劃雖然沒有大改,但可以看到烏來的美、烏來的山水、烏來的風情人物,很讚~但是這幾年真的跑一次少一次,邵老師也一再講明年2005是最後一年,希望眾跑者可以用實際行動將優質賽事不斷的延續下去!\\r\\n 給 5 星 心率區間 | 心跳數 | 心率等級 | 1:E有氧耐力區 | 115~139 | 65~79% | 2:M馬拉松配速區 | 139~157 | 79~89% | 3:T乳酸耐力區 | 157~162 | 89~92% | 4:A無氧耐力區 | 162~172 | 92~97.5% | 5:I最大耗氧區 | 172~177 | 97.5~100% | 最大心率為177 點此去設定最大心率 |
