假日練到半馬
體力就差不多耗盡了
天氣熱易出汗
起跑後就跟著4小時列車前進
7 K就感受襪子濕了
所以穿阿拖對我來說較合適
補給站每站都補一下
自己帶的鹽糖/巧克力
各吃了兩顆
補站除了喝飲料
就是吃小玉西瓜/香蕉
賽道上跑友互相打氣加油
越到後面曬得皮膚熱
好在這配速可接受
順利通過終點線
