三鶯陶花源馬拉松公益路跑賽
這一個多月右腳的狀況一直未改善,為避免上下的振動,減輕右腳髖骨及膝蓋的負擔,平常改以快走替代跑步。
因自己狀況不佳,今天賽事不敢陪朋友跑,只能按自己的節奏前進,前段以平常練的快走進行,為維持7分,只好加快步頻。走完第一圈(21K),步頻一直降,因平常快走最多走10K而已,到了23K已走不快了,只好改用慢跑。
此時天氣變熱,肚子又餓(p.s.這場賽事補給很陽春且量又不足,我15K之後就沒有東西吃了),加上擔心腳的狀況,跑的速度跟走的一樣慢,為維持速度只能減少進補給站的時間(反正也沒東西吃)。
