一早起來,看氣象就是很不穩的天氣,所以就放棄山路的練習,改跑很久沒跑的三蘆大操場,這樣遇到大雨就折返或是躲雨,但幸運的我沒有遇到下雨,就稍微感覺有點滴雨而已,只是很久沒跑較長距離,而且跑的沒有節奏跟步調,看樣子跑步有點荒廢了,要加油了!
跑完最大的感覺就是快餓死了!一早起來就只有吃一包餅乾,跑的過程吃了兩顆鹽糖,難道是這樣所以速度拉不起來?
