整個賽道幾乎都是上下坡不斷,龍磐公園那段更是大魔王,比萬金石馬拉松還更考驗跑者的肌耐力,我20多k就開始兩腳出現抽筋,只能靠降速跟走路避免整個大抽筋,這次成績沒破4,主要是受傷後訓練量不足,遇到這種坡度賽道加上八點過後大太陽溫度急升,我真的是跑的很狼狽,不時成步兵模式,這場就把它當作一個坡度LSD的訓練吧!
