人生的第一場全馬,事前就想好要用心率150內跑到30公里再加速,跑完前半馬大概1小時57分,突然覺得SUB 4似乎有望,但事情沒憨人想的那麼簡單,到30公里的時候,均速已經剩下540了,毅然放棄加速的念頭,想說就用心率150以下把他跑完吧!該加強長距離的練習了!
