| 台中岱宇馬拉松,在涼涼的微風中起跑囉!一路緩緩的上下坡,在慢慢的配速下,清鬆向前行,17k來到第一個較陡的上坡,放慢腳步,調整呼吸,一步步往上爬,每個水站都乖乖進去補水,吃超甜的西瓜柳丁,終於登上山頂,來到嚮往已久的藍色公路,是條美麗的公路,賞夜景的好去處,連續4K的下坡,並不會譲人開心,因為等等要原路爬上來呀!就在下坡沒多久,我右膝舊傷又發作了,下坡更加辛苦,有種賠了夫人又折兵的FU,24k折返,再次調整好,慢慢往上爬,2K後小腿有抽筋的FU,只好步兵前行,終於完成這條陡坡,沒多久,左膝也造反了,哈哈,這下慘啦,延路肌樂拼命噴,拉筋,吃水果,心中想著終點,看著公里數遂漸增加,志工們的加油打氣,終於踏上終點感應處,呵呵~完賽了,YA~~
賽後免不了慶功晏,iris、bryant帶著我、00姐、娟姐、芬姐、瑄姐吃大餐補元氣,好好吃呀!滿足
