台北市520Pan(靜心湖午跑班) 第一次參加新竹的賽事,出發前先與靜心湖的好友們集合一起出發,出發時就感覺右大腿後面筋有要爆發的樣子,前10k都跟大家一起跑,到景觀大道爬坡就開始衝出,試試能否保4,在17k左右在青草湖是右大腿抽筋,調整後繼續跑,在上園區的陡坡只能當步兵,上園區後就保持5分速左右,還好能保4成功。
