台北市EricTsai168 台北市EricTsai168 因為腳狀況不好,所以今天計畫前半段能跑就跑快一點,後半段腳不舒服或上坡時就用走的。 基本上大概符合計畫,前30K跑得還挺順,後面就走超大的,XD。下一場馬拉松之前要好好休養一下,不然每次都阿基里斯腱痛,實在太辛苦了!
當天下著雨,山上還起了大濃霧,真的是一場體力、耐力、意志力以及膽識、智力的比賽! 36K附近的爬坡實在太陡了;38K附近因為起霧,傻傻地跟著前面跑友跑,小小的走錯路,還好田馥剛大哥叫住我們,不然就要加碼不加錢了。聽說有跑友多跑了4K,這樣家一加可能將近60K了。
我的XT顯示有54K多,跑錯路大概多跑了500m。所以這一場應該是免費贈送一K @@"
今天遇到不少知名人物
- 凌波微步高手,謝團長,賴華山大哥,兩個都是高手,當然把我海放! 初心大今天也是赤腳跑,回程時跟他聊了幾句。
- LDS SHENG 團長+鍋燒麵大,這兩個人實力好,身材又棒,一定是超馬界的明日之星無誤。
- JJLIN大跑得也很順,成績應該不錯。JASON王大哥減肥有成,下次應該就會破PB了。阿堯+阿正+阿新明天連馬,希望他們一切順利。
