| 糊里糊塗跟四十男團員一起報了這場爬山馬,賽前大家開心拍照,賽後大家都虛累累。接近1100公尺的高度差距,不論上坡下坡都讓我吃足苦頭,上坡考驗心肺,下坡則測驗雙腿肌耐力。今天因寒流報到,全程都跑在雨霧之中,雖然無風景可以欣賞,卻不時傳來鳥叫陪伴。起跑後發現沒帶bcaa,靠著天氣陰涼及進補給站維持配速,僥倖破四完賽!
