預計60的,結果打75折,因早上去銀行辦事,多花了時間,肚子餓了,先吃午餐再出發吧!換裝後出去吃55元快餐,接著先慢走,過榮星花園再慢慢跑起來。
先去麥帥一二橋看看自行車道完工了沒,嗯!已經完工了,路鋪的很平整,過彩虹橋,往基十六門,這裡的自行車道也完工了,接著往劍南路,到這裡都還是慢慢跑。
內湖路左轉劍南路,上小緩坡,結果還是遇到修路中鋪柏油,快快通過後,好像滿快滴就看到故宮了,也就快到至善路了。到劍南路至善路口是快20K了。
心想就到至善路底吧!心裡盤算著回去的K數,劍南橋口到至善路底是4.65K,至善路底回到家是20.62K。
途中在溪山派出所加水補給,至善路底是至善路三段369路(溪和宮),公車站名是平頂古圳步道口。
今日回程基隆河左岸17K回11K是逆風不好跑。回程看到漂亮的大彩虹,還有雙彩虹,真幸運!
盥洗後送東西去二哥家,去接安安,去雲門,晚餐肚子很餓,吃了涮涮鍋,好像不是很滿足,晚了又餓了,太座也餓了,買了宵夜吃(當歸羊肉麵線、炒烏龍麵),YES!又是痛快的一天^^
