自2015年的跑三校全馬3:10完成,到2016年的古都馬棄賽,已經有兩年全馬的PB沒有往前推進了,其實這幾天腳的狀況都不是很好,平常練習也沒有超過25k,所以還沒比前總是很擔心過30k後會爆掉,這些憂慮一直到我站在起跑線全部拋諸腦後,天氣好,再加上一路上幾位跑友的互相激勵,終於完成了
