高雄馬,目標315,失敗~
昨天因去看雲林燈會,12點才凖備就寢,凌晨3點就要起床,幾乎睡了2小時而已,但這不是沒達成目標的藉口,就是速度練得不夠,還沒開始跑就知道無法達標了。
前半馬有努力認真跑,跑了98分鐘,後半又是後繼無力了,還好天氣有幫忙,不然成績會更難看了,不過今天很幸運的擠進女總九,很意外的得到一些加菜金呦!所以雖然沒有達標,也因為這陣子有稍微練到速度,才能跑進325內,感謝小烏龜一路的陪伴,還提供了他私人補給給我,也謝謝吳鳳健跑團每週二、四在吳鳳開課,讓我加入,哈⋯哈哈,雖然沒有一次有把菜單吃完的~
唉呀!我又沒達標,在説什麼呢?
終於又可以回到我的舒適圈,全馬每場慢慢凸回來了~
