上週跑完高雄馬後,本週心想著慢慢跑就好,而且田寮月世界這埸路線又都是上上下下,是一場山路馬,但又是一出發就又爆衝了,張志平大哥跑到身邊說,小珠姐第1k剛好4分速,沒辦法呀!我只能跑下坡了⋯〈姐,張大哥竟然叫我小珠姐,告訴他以後叫小珠就好)
全馬總共有三個折返處,前10k照慣例會爆衝約44分就跑完了,想放慢腳步輕鬆跑,但第一個折返時看到衍齡姐、玲君姐就在後方100~200m處而已,心想著玲君姐好厲害,上週才跑完48H332K,今天竟然還能緊追在後,就這樣一直到第二個折返處,換成衍齡姐在後方200m處,玲君姐在後方500m處,唉呀!到了第三個折返約31K處,衍齢姐還在後方,深怕被別人笑,保持了31k女總一被輾過,爬坡時好想停下來走走喔!真是矛盾⋯
31K折返時,我家老爺只差了我2k,覺得他這場山路竟然可以跑這麼快,最後5、6K有好多坡要爬喔!有幾個坡還是有稍走一下,即使用跑的我覺得和用走的速度應該差不多吧!里程好像少了快1K⋯
老爺最後403回來,我本來預估他350前就可以完賽的,還是山路比較好跑,累了遇到坡可以用走或放慢的休息一下⋯
