高雄Chengnan Tsai 膝蓋還是怪怪的,才彎進去南門路,左膝就快不行了,還不到5K就覺得雙腳無力,還好進入安平港後讓我視野大開,心情放鬆,就這樣一路撐到28K後終於爆掉了,眼睜睜看者2位4小時配速員從後面超越,而我再也無力追趕,因為後半馬的太陽相當毒辣,連走路都覺得很辛苦,所以許多跑者也跟我一樣爆掉了,雖然最後有順利跑完,但左膝還是不舒服,可能真的要好好調養了。感謝葉大提供的能量包以及彎神沿途給我的鼓勵,謝謝你們。 賽前宣言: 曾在台南待過20年,希望這一場能跑出印象中的台南
