台東陳阿誠 台東陳阿誠 好久沒跑全馬,也荒廢已久了速度練習,這場就沒什麼企圖心,輕鬆當作恢復跑就好。起跑點改在武陵,比去年少一段坡,只是最陡的高台變成在後段,感受會比較辛苦。
最麻煩的是天氣,連下好幾天的雨,今天一早地還是濕的,雖然雨停了,可是連雲都散開,不久就出太陽了。起跑先享受涼爽又下坡的12k開心時光,從新良濕地回程就感覺到地面水氣蒸發伴隨身上汗水凝結,實在不是跑馬的好天氣。不過經過一段茂密的樹林好美又好涼,等夏天也許再回來。
