--Runner --Runner 第一次功夫鞋全馬
心得:功夫鞋全無避震及反彈,因為肌力不足,後半段無法加速,在30公里後,左腳小腿外側也有隱約要抽筋的感覺。不過,跑完後的酸痛感只有一天就緩解了。這是因為薄底功夫鞋全無避震,在以往全馬後段因為肌力消退跑姿會變成腳跟着地的關係。功夫鞋在就算是肌力消退時,也會以前足著地。雖然肌力消耗較快,後段也無法加速,跑後的酸痛卻恢復快速。
