起跑前3k就已經確定了今天會非常難跑,心率超高~一直在T心率遊走,果不其然半馬過後大腿肌肉開始僵硬,有種回到初馬痛苦的感覺,慶幸的是陽光沒有從頭到尾跟著~
賽前宣言: 跑回初馬地~同一路線4趟可以好好練心(放空)惹XD
