接續放鬆筋骨還有拉LSD的跑步訓練,由於石岡馬逼近也不敢亂衝在多拉幾K,怕有留下後遺症,心想降子就慢慢跑心情也開心許多,沒有壓力,反而修正自己的跑姿...還有阿!我今天的跑鞋就是以模仿赤足的感覺ㄉ~一方面訓練腳力...哈哈!
