跑過環潭29K,日月潭的全馬第一次
2年前環潭時最後3K的上坡
讓我印象深刻
在烈日下苦不堪言只能轉換步兵模式
今天起跑時有霧天氣涼爽好跑
環潭的路線雖有起伏
但有上有下
速度得以維持
在14K附近遇到宗文兄小聊一下
昨天在雲林路跑時就說好互相加油
整個路線在離開頭社盆地進入武登社區後是最大考驗
由70K處要下坡到75K折返
也就是說回程有連續5K上坡再加上要回向山遊客中心的3K
經過折返點一位去年跑過的大哥說
回程10K的上坡路途仔細算應有9K是上坡
面對這考驗我也只能走走跑跑
這10K真是帶我直上天堂啊!!!!
