前半段速度感還不錯
一度以4'50左右跑
但重建期的我還是耐住性子以目標配速跑
但是12.5K後已經想休息
但多虧了啟彰的陪跑
後半段已從目標配速掉到6'00~6'20左右
既便如但還是得要吃掉最後這些距離
回程繞了半圈跳傘場重溫傘兵跳傘時的舊夢
