過年後首跑,
之前鎮西堡覺得好像有點受傷,
再來就很少跑,
除夕當天跑步去送禮,
回家覺得膝蓋外側會痛,
想說該不會中了ITB?
又休息五天,
今天揹著年節期間大魚大肉兼大桶酒的罪惡感來跑,
目標21K,含休息喝水兩小時收工,
第一趟自己跑,遇到順哥,
第二趟要開跑前遇到曾大哥,這趟就一起聊天跑,才剛下台南救災六天回來就早起運動,欽佩!
第三趟由於曾大哥交遊廣闊,和朋友小聊一下,我又自己跑,
結果遇到順哥他折返和我一起跑,
兩個聊著露營、教育,
都忘了我的目標,
回到泛月,喝一下水看錶,
哇!1:59:55,趕在兩小時前按錶,
哈哈!
