但心率一直降不下來
用走的跟跑6分半多還是很高
15k就想棄賽搭回收車
但想起要帶獎牌回家還是死撐著
半馬過後幾乎全走
胃跟肚子又怪怪的24就去上廁所
這麼熱水都不夠了
30開始膀胱好像壞掉一樣一直想尿尿
去了2次廁所但根本沒尿
後來所幸不理他
走到金青看時間感覺有緊繃
勉強跑起來追一點時間
還好勉強爬回終點
