一年前的某日因為睡不著在這裡跑了30km LSD@3hrs
跑後神清氣爽。
一年後的這天懷抱著幾天前跑不完半馬的恥辱,堅持配速也終於讓我完成30km了。
至此,才終於真正有了重建的感覺。
