心得候補
2019北港馬拉松,
原本預計要用這場為全馬破330目標,
但上一場臺北馬以312破PB達標後,
這場就設定310為挑戰目標,
開賽人明顯比臺北馬少,
因此不用超車得那麼辛苦,
全程沒什麼大坡,
天氣也不錯,
於是順順配著4:25/km的均速,
因為這兩週只有日跑5k的量,
很怕後面爆掉,
控制呼吸、心跳,
還有靜心思考昨天六場馬拉松式模擬口試的種種,
呼!
最後3小時04分10秒完賽,
總16、分2上凸台,(首次全馬上台)
再破PB8分鐘,
雖然是非認證賽事,但也有達BQ門檻了~
