今年風很大,前半段逆風然後撐著配速,結果到了30K就爆了。加上沿路起起伏伏的,被最後的最後神戶大橋KO。後來想想,應該要降速的,訓練的效果還可以,但要加強速耐力。
雖然沒有破PB,但是也相差不遠,爆掉以後能有這樣的結果,還可以接受。
