| 1. 星期五無請假,全程眼瞓。
2. 全個比賽花咗三小時以上係瞓覺。
3. 眼瞓到喺長櫈,石頭,CP都瞓到,後期嚴重到就咁坐係郊遊徑地下就瞓。
4. 為追sub29, 最後5km全程跑足,自己都估唔到。
5. Power nap好有用。
6. 第一次過昂坪CP畀牛攻擊。
7. 第二次過昂坪CP瞓咗個半鐘,朋友無叫我就出發,佢哋6點到鳳頂,我就6點半先醒,估計約瞓咗兩個鐘。
8. 極大霧下上落鳳凰山(其實入咗雲入面),能見度只有約兩米,距離十米以上連頭燈嘅光都睇唔到。
9. 個人覺得最辛苦一段係芝麻灣迷幻loop,原因係眼瞓。行行下瞓著差少少行咗落崖。
