賽後評分: 被昨天的遠東馬狂風搞到體透支,這場一直跑不起來,心率大都在12x~13x,好在路線幾乎都是跑大馬路,相對對身體負擔比較小,對我來說唯一一點小可惜的就是在賽事後段真的沒什麼力時,有個路口前面都沒人了,我遠遠的就問工作人員要往哪跑,工作人員忙著拍照,問了第二次才回答我照原路回去,問題是我還是不知道往哪跑呀,我又不是當地人,早上起跑時天色也暗,我哪知道原路是哪一條路,那時真的很累了,很依賴身體維持著慣性跑下去,一停下來大概就很難再跑下去了,不知道往哪跑真的是讓人很不知所措。希望工作人員可以體諒一下外地來的人不熟悉當地路線。
