台中皮包骨 游泳一開始出發太緊張差點棄賽 ~ 幸好隊友立刻幫忙拉回 ! 游泳成績很滿意 !
單車部分 ~ 由於是標準盤 + 21/11飛輪 .. 爬完前90K後面平地就沒力衝了 ..
跑步部分全爆 ...
