賽前宣言: 無傷完賽
賽後評分: 昨天突然拉了肚子,全身也是肌肉選總統,本想棄賽,早上到了會場簡單咬幾口麵包,喝了一罐甜菜根,吃了醫生開的藥及一顆止瀉藥,感覺改善了許多,就跟著人群出發,想說萬一不行的話就回來,或是到伊達紹搭船回來!由於肌肉酸痛跑起來相當的痛苦,但跑著跑著就來到了20K,肚子也開始不安分了起來,就跟路邊運動筆記在拍照的少年郎要了一疊衛生紙,找了行動廁所去蹲!結果拉出來的都是紅色的,嚇了一大跳!以為快過身了!後來想想。應該是早上喝甜菜根的關係,但怎麼那麼快就出來了?之後呢,就跑跑走走的順順利利的給他肥來惹!
