今天PM2.5有點超標,聽女王的話,跑短一點就好!!
剛好來試跑湖水挑水新路線(我稱之為軟腳跑線),先跑一趟抓補給的方式和看中間有無補水站,夏天再來練看看是不是可以一次完成兩趟,寶藏寺的2K大魔王挑水古道+139的4K陡坡湖水巷真不輕鬆!感覺好像是在爬山~
而且這條路線硬是比赤崁頂爬升還要再多出60M,且還是兩次上兩次下的路線,如果跑兩趟的話真的很挑戰乳酸門閥..
