凌晨上到4點原以為體力還不錯,可惜前晚沒補眠,也就是等於昨天8點上班都沒睡覺又去清晨的晨跑,說不累是騙人的!只是跟同事吳賢拜約好,不能爽約!加上他上次石岡馬受傷肌腱炎後就不敢作太大的跑步,而當中期間他也只敢小跑或紓緩的走走,陸續又去中醫師報告,今天我跟後面他的恢復跑輕鬆跑就帶了點中藥味道!由於精神狀況不佳,還有平時我都在操場練跑,今天跟著賢拜走出學校,真的有練到也有點操到!
