賽前高標259低標305完成
30K開始狀況..33K抽抽樂
加上里程多了800~1000M
最終以313總20分7成績完賽
前三週的假日LSD狀況不錯
加上詐騙王的威脅利誘詐騙
因此這場賽事以4'10配速跑
10K41'16..跟著前方200M的跑友跑著
20K42'00..繼續跟著前方(完美的配速)
30K43'35..前後無人可跟河堤冷又孤單
前30K總共花費2'06"51..
12K配4'30跑還能低空進高標
30~33K繼續著4'30配速跑著..
不料過了33K左大腿後側開始抽抽樂上身
這時候我只能降速在5'00的配速跑著
35K耗時2:29'45還在高標射程內啊~
但卻心有餘而力不足..大腿硬後側抽..
被一個個的跑友刷卡..無力掙扎追逐..
37K被昭斌追過...40K冠樺.啟彰輾過..
接著便順順的跑回會場結束這場比賽!
後記:前30K配速需要再穩..後12K續航力待加強!
