這週好朋友們都去比賽了~小弟只好開環大高雄團練~最終三人一起跑~感謝勳彥和登源的相挺~不過不知道是不是天氣太冷的關係~跑到後來三個人輪流快要抽筋~這是哪招阿..XD~不過也恭喜登源跑了個全馬~勳彥將距離拉到40K~小而美的團練也一樣好玩阿
