第十馬。終於破PB了。這大概是十隻馬中,覺得最輕鬆的一次,但也是最快的一次,全程沒有用走的,沒抽筋,最後1K竟然還能用3:57的速度衝回來。跑完後也還很輕鬆的去領贈品,領寄物;跟前二周的冬山河,跑完後腳都幾乎不能動的感覺差很多。
原本設定4小時之內跑完就好了,所以前半段跑的比較保守一點。雖然有四段上坡,但還好不是很陡,還可以用跑的。到35K時,用了3:06,剩下的路大都是下坡,看起來破PB(3:52)應該沒什麼問題,就開始加速了。有一位白衣跑友,一路上不知道被他輾過幾次(他總是會停下來跟別人聊天),在最後的路段,他也開始加速了,我就緊跟著他。也要感謝這位跑友,在最後的里程激起我的鬥志。 賽前宣言: 離家近... 心率區間 | 心跳數 | 心率等級 | 1:E有氧耐力區 | 117~142 | 65~79% | 2:M馬拉松配速區 | 142~160 | 79~89% | 3:T乳酸耐力區 | 160~165 | 89~92% | 4:A無氧耐力區 | 165~175 | 92~97.5% | 5:I最大耗氧區 | 175~180 | 97.5~100% | 最大心率為180 點此去設定最大心率 |
