經過前兩天肝醣超補及高強度肚訓練,原本今天設定430完賽,無奈天氣太好,狀態頗佳,半馬跑完突然有破四念頭,然後想到下禮拜還有萬金馬,就放慢速度順順跑完410完賽囉~
