台中Chief Lunger 2024《奮起雲擁-經典百k賽》第2場Sub11
一年二個月的時間我的第四場100k超馬完賽🏁
相隔鎮西堡1個半月的恢復時間,今天完賽的跑感、難度、賽後的痠痛是更多的加乘效應。
感謝我的「THU間歇」夥伴賽前不斷的關心提醒!要小心注意發生魔咒事件,還好安然參賽🧡
自己知道狀態無法準備的像上一場充分,賽前給自己的目標就是能進前20名順利平安完賽就很滿足了。
這場賽事今年申請了認證賽道,所以里程充足加量不加價,選手完賽的距離都在101k~103k,在距離標示及賽時策略過程上增加了意志力的磨練。
